Job Summary: BodyHealth’s Marketing team is looking for a talented, innovative Senior Art Director with exceptional creative skills and a relentless desire to create compelling content across a range of mediums and design initiatives.
Job Role:
This Role will be consumer obsessed and always looking to innovate! They have a proven expertise designing across all design mediums and platforms. They can think conceptually and have the ability tell a consistent story across all marketing communication channels. They have expertise in packaging design and can clearly communicate needs for success to vendors and leadership.
They have proven expertise across the e-commerce and consumer marketing space. They are ahead of the latest design trends and are well versed in industry and creative best practices. Professional hands-on experience creating designs and advertisements for global brands including; social media, e-commerce, product design and packaging, in-store displays, videos, photography, and brand design is a must. This role will be instrumental in helping bring the BodyHealth brand to life.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level creative output and oversight for all projects (digital, print, packaging, retail signage, merch, experiential, tradeshows)
• Ideate campaign concepts for photo/video shoots
• Work with agencies, contractors, partners on behalf of the brand
• Guide and mentor current creative team, fostering a culture of learning and development
• Contribute to the ideation and implementation of high-level concepts, enhancing the overall quality of our creative output
• Ensure all creative projects align with the brand’s vision and strategic goals
• Bring to life an evolved brand experience across all channels and touchpoints
• Improve project turnaround times by distributing responsibilities and managing workloads effectively with projects adhering to timelines and budgets
• Ensure consistency of creative across all channels
• Maintain attention to detail and uphold the highest quality standards in all design work
• Align the creative team’s work with the broader company goals and growth objectives
• Enhance our market positioning and maintain a proactive approach to creative challenges
• Manage project timelines and communicate clearly to channel leaders
• Play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our market positioning
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
• Willing to travel as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years as an Art Director
• Extensive experience in art direction and creative leadership
• Proven experience building out integrated campaigns
• Strong strategic vision and the ability to align creative work with brand goals
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
• Expertise in product packaging design and in-store displays
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including social media, paid media, retail (omni-channel/e-commerce environments)
